How payment works

    Create and generate, free
    Sign up, describe your proposal, and let Prastav build the draft. Normally no payment details are asked for (see the draft rules below for the exceptions).
  2. 2
    Review the draft
    Read the whole proposal. Longer chapters are partly hidden in the preview, and the draft is watermarked.
  3. 3
    Click "Pay & finalise"
    This is where payment normally appears. A secure Razorpay window opens showing the exact amount.
  4. 4
    Pay your way
    UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking or wallets, as offered in the payment window.
  5. 5
    Get your files at once
    The proposal is finalised immediately, the full text unlocks, and the PDF, Word and Excel files are ready to download. Your invoice appears under Purchases.

Drafts and payment rules

Up to 2 unpaid drafts
You can have up to 2 unpaid drafts at a time. Paying for one frees a place. Deleting an unpaid draft does not: each counts for 7 days from when it was created.
Drafts stay open 7 days
An unpaid draft stays open for 7 days. Pay and finalise within that time to get your files. We email you 2 days before it locks.
Expired drafts
After 7 days an unpaid draft is locked as expired. You can still restore it by paying within the next 30 days. After that it is permanently deleted.
Paying upfront
If one of your drafts expires without payment, new proposals are paid for before generation starts. This lifts as soon as you pay for any proposal.
Failed drafts never count
If a proposal could not be generated because of a fault, it does not count toward your limit, and any upfront payment is kept for your next proposal.
Discount codes
A valid discount code entered on the last step lets you start a proposal without paying upfront.

How to use a code
Enter it in the "Discount code" field on the last step, before you generate the proposal. One code applies to one proposal.
What you'll pay
A percentage or fixed discount lowers the amount shown on the payment button. A 100% code means no payment step at all.
Automatic offers
When an offer is running, such as founding member pricing, it is shown on this page and applied automatically at payment, no code needed. One discount per proposal: if you also have a code, the larger discount applies.

Good to know

Taxes
The price shown is the price you pay. GST is not charged at present.
Security
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prastav never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Refunds
Full refund if a payment goes through but the proposal is not delivered due to a fault on our side, or if you are charged twice.
